All items that are washed or played with on a daily basis will eventually become worn at some point-depending on the amount of wear and tear it receives. Please take a moment to inspect any item that is placed with your gliders. Gliders are chewers and it is very important to be diligent in your inspections. Please check all pouches, toys, etc., for loose strings each time they are washed and dried and in between. If you find any defects in workmanship upon receipt of the item(s) please notify us immediately! We will make every effort to ensure that your item is replaced immediately at no cost to you.**
